This comes from a domaine-owned parcel in the Dessous (that is, lower) sector of Genevrières. You won’t find that little detail on the label, though  Eyou’ll have to take a closer look at the cork for that. Benjamin Leroux explains that this is always a buttery and opulent wine, shaped by the flatter land on which the vineyard sits. The warmth of the 2018 vintage doesn’t overwhelm the wine, and there is a solid intensity on the finish. Drink 2023 to 2028.
