Our 2018 Puligny-Montrachet is an archetypal expression of this most elegant of white Burgundies; fruit is sourced from ten different parcels throughout the appellation. Fermentation and ageing are entirely in oak, 20% of which is new. The wine offers an harmonious blend of white stone-fruit, fresh salinity and subtle, spicy oak flavours. It’s a perfect partner for langoustines, crab or chanterelles.
