ready-improve2011 Ch. Canon, St Emilion

Simply irresistible. This is really sumptuous and pure. Hedonistic is not an adjective I have used often this year. Words like “firm”  “grip E“structure E“tannic pile-up Eare more scattered over the 350 or so wines we tried.
