2023 The Sadie Family Wines Pofadder Die Distriksreeks Swartland

This is one of the finest examples of a high-altitude Grenache I have tried. I was taken aback by the perfume and red fruits that enveloped me from the glass. With a wonderful texture, strawberries, and raspberries come to the fore, but this is not a simple wine and will certainly take time to evolve into what I am convinced will be exceptional in three or four years. You will be rewarded for your patience. Drink 2028 - 2040.
