Champagne Egly-Ouriet, Brut Grand Cru (Base 2019)

This cuvée is made exclusively from our Grand Cru vineyards in Ambonnay, Bouzy, and Verzenay. All Grand Cru wines are entirely vinified in oak barrels and undergo a first aging on lees for nearly a year, allowing the wines to clarify naturally — as was done in the past. 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.
