This vineyard was planted in 1980 by Guillaume’s grandfather. Made in stainless steel with 16 months on lees, this is a floral wine with some herbal notes and a peachy feel. There is a pleasing weight to the mid-palate, without losing the natural Chablis focus. It is powerful, but the finish is pure iodine and sea salt.
