ready-improve2013 Pommard, Les Pezerolles, 1er Cru, Domaine de Montille

This youthful Pommard displays a bright red purple colour, with very little bouquet at this early stage, as one would expect for Pommard. The palate however displays the qualities of the appellation, chunky, indeed massively weighty, then firm tough tannins and acidity behind. Tuck away for the best part of a decade.
