One of Eric's most celebrated wines, featuring Pinot Noir from vines averaging 36 years of age. A blend of 5-6 different vintages with 70% vinified in small barrels and 70% blocking malolactic fermentation. Ambonnay Pinot delivers one of the purest expressions of the variety - expect glace red fruits and cherry overtones rather than the typical brioche and nut aromas. Mouth-filling yet elegant, with impressive length and complexity.
