The concentration of fruit is remarkable. Layers of Stone fruit intermingling with exciting peel and saline elements. I love the elegance of this wine because it takes what could be too much and makes it incredible. The layers of flavour and mouth feel are remarkably complex. You can feel each of the 11 grapes are harmonised. The most remarkable thing about the Palladius is that its widly enjoyable to drink. Its just delicious! 2025-2044
