As it was impossible to save everything, Benjamin had to choose what to protect, opting to sacrifice his vines in the Hautes-Côtes and instead making just 80hl. His Bourgogne Blanc is an elegant and fresh style of wine, which displays some mid-palate solidity from the frost. Drink 2022 – 2026.
