The wine has ruby color with a purplish edge and a glossy sheen. On the first nose,
there are scents of fresh, ripe red and black fruits: cherry, berries, blackcurrant,
and mulberry, accompanied by a refreshing hint of mint. As the wine breathes and
the temperature rises, Mu Xin 2021 Red reveals more layers and aromas, floral
scents and sweet spices emerging. The aroma is complex, precise, mature yet light.
The palate senses purity, maturity, and a crisp juiciness. 2021 has more tannin,
and it’s silky in quality. The wine has excellent concentration and structure, with
lively and well-defined acidity. The crisp fruit and floral aromas and tannins slowly
finish, leaving a lingering aftertaste. Harmonious, elegant, and balanced.
