Miyagi 150th Anniversary Junmai Ginjo Sendai Eki Masamune - 宮城県150周年記念, 純米吟é�E, 仙è�E驛政宁Ebr>A Blended sake from Junmai Daiginjo Sake from Yamada Nishiki, and Junmai Ginjo Sake from Hitomebore and Sasanishiki, and all rices are cultivated by producers in Izumi-Ku, Sendai. A local sake that characterized by its complex fragrant and pleasant umami taste. Only 3000 bottles are produced.

Sensho Masamune Tokubetsu Junmai, Nigori Nama – 戰勝政宁E 特別純米酁E 薁E¿�E/strong> 生é�E
A Namazake version of Sensho Masamune Tokubetsu Junmai which only produced once a year. This captured the freshness in the sake and made in a Yama-no-kasumi (light Nigori) style by keeping a reasonable amount of lees after filtering, which have even further enhanced the freshness and fruit favour of the sake. Very ideal for the hot summer in Hong Kong.

Sensho Masamune Tokubetsu Junmai – 戰勝政宁E 特別純米酁Ebr>The goal was to achieve the true essence of freshly harvested Hitomebore rice from Sendai in this lovely rich brew. The resulting sake is bursting with rice flavour, full of umami and round on the pallet. The bottle represents the celebration of “Hanami Eor cherry blossom viewing during Spring in Japan. Just as the cherry blossom is a true symbol of Japan, the Hanami En is a quintessential Japanese Junmai, helmed from Sendai, the home of Junmai.

Sensho Masamune Junmai Daiginjo -戰勝政宁E 純米大吟釀 
The pure rice simmered with the finest Yamada brocade made by Sendai, the scent of raw wine is displayed on this exhibition with some sweet and mellow sweetness. In the middle and the back, it is simple to mix some white peach aroma, the full body sake with fruity aroma and end with dry and clean.
