ready-improve2015 Gevrey-Chambertin, Benjamin Leroux

This is becoming one of Benjamin’s most important cuvées. Glowing red-purple, the wine has a fine, firm, fruit-driven nose and some more savoury touches. There is good acidity as well, but it is its lovely, long, fine aftertaste that denotes pure pleasure. Drink 2020-2026.
