Formerly known as Podere San Giuseppe, Stella di Campalto was established in 1910 in the southeast portion of Montalcino. The estate’s 5.5 hectares of vines are farmed all organically with biodynamic principles implemented. ‘Choltempo, Ewhich means  Eith time Ewas written on a chest that Stella’s grandmother gifted to her. The wine naturally ferments in cement and ages for 3-4 years in neutral barrique. Notes of red flowers, dried strawberries, sea salt, and sweet spice lead to a citrus-driven and mouthwatering finish.
