There is no Hautes Côtes de Beaune in this year’s blend, which comprises Hautes Côtes de Nuits from Chaux, some Beaune Montée Rouge Premier Cru, young vines from Gevrey-Chambertin Evocelles and Bourgogne from Vougeot. There is some real pedigree in this delicious mongrel. Drink now to 2023.
