los-de-Vougeot from Château de la Tour is a superb wine. The decision to use whole bunch fermentations has been a wise one, adding even more complexity. The nose has many facets and evokes cherry and spice. The palate has a beautiful vigorous quality and is highly concentrated but still very precise.
